  1. Assos is the bestm - if you can afford them then get them. Neopro is good enough. I have a few of them and the 1 level higher and there is not much difference.
  2. A few questions on the new Vitality rules for next year. Can one get an Apple Watch and Device booster at the same time? If you have a few months into the new year to pay off complete the current Shoe booster (and or Apple Watch booster) can one still get one of the other boosts before that period ends? Lastly if we have a family Vitality plan why can only 1 adult get 1 of these benefits and not both my wife and I at the same time?
  3. I think the announcement of the route has come too late. They also have barely marketed possibly due to the uncertainty. I think April is a tough moth but in theory better than the rainy season in September.
  4. I think it is the best race of the year nationwide. CTCT is special and unique but busy as hell. Stellenbosch is pleasant but not full road closures. 94.7 is probably the ugliest race. All Gauteng smaller races are decent but lack an edge. Only Shova competes with ToD but that is a point to point which is annoying. ToD is fast, the weather is usually lovely and it is fairly scenic. Actually I wish there was closer to double the amount of rdiers doing the 100km race. BTW I was in Pinetown yesterday and the potholes are terrible especially the last 1km before the M19.
  5. I have used the Apple Watch in the pool and it works fine. Only the data is crap and it won't give you all the data or a Garmin on the screen when you want it. I have not tried it in open water as yet but it does have an option for that.

  7. Why don't you have a flash Christmas sale on this for us? BTW if there no upgrade kit with just the shifters and front and rear derailers available? (batteries, charger and USB incl)
  8. Also have an Ergonova on my bike. It is new and hardly ridden but looks and feels amazing. I wish I got a 3T stem.

  10. Great description. I have done it for a year now. You can not train once a week and expect to get stronger on its own. It works well when done in conjunction with other cross training (and of course diet). I used to mix it with the road riding, Wattbike and the odd gym session. I used to always take my rest day the day after my Bodytec session as my body was most fatigued then. As you train your recovery rate will get better but in the 1st month it takes almost 5 days to get over the sore and stiff body. I am thinking of ending Bodytec now and will move on to a once a week bio to work more on my core but Bodytec is not bad.
  11. It is a beautifully built bike but really heavy and the brake cords get caught when the bike falls and the kids pick up the hanle bars wrong way round. Honestly the JD Bug is better because it is lighter and have less moving parts but the Muna design and look is better.
  12. Keen. Hope Nacer does not get into a fight before the race and I only find out after the race starts
