Can remember that you posted some of the same stupid and useless remarks about ladies cycling on the hub on a previous occasion. Maybe you must first understand what the level is that these ladies will be competing at and them make comments that do not show your ignorance to the sport.

Sy leer die jong sterre van die toekoms hoe en wat om te doen wanneer in 'n resies....situasies wat sy al tee gekom het ens. Deur Worlds toe te gaan kan Ronel NOG kennis opdoen en die ou paar noointjies wat wel gaan ook help met ondervinding..... Maar soos ek genoem het.... Dit gaan oor BAIE meer as wat die blote oog sien. Wonder of dit OOIT sal uitkom......nie teen staande. SA fietsry is VOL politiek ens..ens...ens....was altyd, sal altyd bly.... I cant believe that CSA is doing this to Ronel, she has really proven that she is the inform rider. If there is any merit at all why she is not part of the team and why other were choisen above her, please Carinus and Key, post it on this forum and see if you can justify your selection!!!

Thanks for the posting Crux! Had to stay up till after 03:00 am and missed out on the morning training ride just to make sure that all the dark demons were removed....pleased to say still the same Cherise (or maybe I just missed her to much )

Thanks for the nice pics!! Looking at the picture of Cherise cruising and me suffering wonder where the genes went right Cherise also said she really appreciates all the support that she received during the time trial and road race from all the spectators (Thanks TCS and others). I must congratulate Jaco (Kakaa) for his training program with Cherise it was spot on and she has improved a lot since joining him. Ronel must also receive a lot of credit for the support that she gives Cherise, she really focused to help Cherise on the days that she did not race!! Received a SMS from Cherise earlier today after a mad race to the airport yesterday she arrived in Belgium today and will travel to Switzerland tomorrow.

Hey St. Crux, thanks for your help on Sunday - Hope your camera is not black after fixing my chain, but judging on the picks the lens is still OK. At least we got a bit of exercise - was ready to sit at the side of the road and watch the other cyclist suffer on the hill!! Congrats with the TCS tandems especially for Jaco and Rene.<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
