Hi Are all makes of cycling shorts the same lenght or not?? I have Cape storm shorts which i use but seening as i have short legs they come just above my knee's and there is nothing worse than having golden brown calfs and everything above the knee is white! My GF kindly requested i do something about it as she does not want ARK eyes!! Any advice??

Hi Well to starts with maybe a saterday and/or sunday ride.And when it gets warmer maybe in the mornings to.Start of slow and short.Say 20km or so and progress from there. Let me know what you have in mind. Regards

Baie dankie vir al die advies!!! Ek weet nou waar ek op geslip het. Ek het die stem op gesit.gekyk dat als reguit is.die stem vrek styf gedraai.toe die top bolt in gesit en dit styf vas gedraai. Ek moes eers die top bolt vas draai en dan die stem. lol so leer n mens!! Weereens baie dankie!!

No probly about 2 - 3 mm higher.I did tighten.and i trided it with one less spacer too.

Hi Um eks half skaam om dit te se,maar ek het gisteraand n korter stem op my pad fiets gesit en ek dink ek het effens k@k aangevang!!! Ek het al dit boudjies styf vas gedraai maar daar is groot (10mm +) speeling op die vurk en raam!!! Ek het als weer los gemaak en toe als weer vas gemaak maar nogsteeds is daar speeling. Waar het ek op geslip?? Enige en alle advies sal baie Waardeur word!!!!!

Hi Wanneer is dit "veilig" om weer hard te oefen nadat jy griep/brongietis gehad het?Die dokter kon nie vir my n vaste antwoord gee nie.Boon op is ek nogsteeds vrot van die griep en die knysna resies is minder as n maand weg. Enige raad....?????

Sella Itallia XO If im not mistaken its 146mm wide.and very comfy!!! Im 92kg light and could only manage +- 30 min in the saddle before it became to unbareble.Ive tried 7 different saddles and then the XO. That same day i rode almost 3 hrs without any pain or numdness. And they are between R800-00 and R900-00. Hope this helps.
