Leave the little screws ALONE !!!! On the derailer there where the cable enters,you'll see the cable goes into a "knob" then into the derailer.Turn the "knob" either left or right.Just remember how many turns you made left or right incase you make it worse. Hope this helps

How much is it more or less to upgrade if i do decide on the rc 3000 carbon?Say 105 or better?And at the same store they have a 2009 RC 3000 alloy with full tiagra set for R 5890-00.Is the carbon really the 4 grand more worth?? any other bikes more or less in the same price range that you can suggest?? And my main goal in the future is to do a Double Century and a sub 3hr Argus.Are these fairly cheap bikes good enough or must i wait and save for a much more expensive bike??

Hi all Im a newbie here and to cycling again.(The last time i rided was the Argus in '99)And recently realized how much i love cycling!! So im in need of a new bike.Any suggestions??I saw yestrday at our local cycle shop a NEW 2008 model Raleigh RC 3000 carbon for R10k.They said "its great value for money".Is it?Or just sales talk? Its Full carbon frame and fork.Shimano Tiagra groupset and i think Shimano RS-10 weels. We worked out the "kit" (new shoes and clothes and helmet ect.) will cost me +- R3500-00 And i planed on spending R10k max.But if the rc is really "great value for money" then i am prepared to live off dry bread for a month....or two. So any and all advice/replies would be much appreshiated!!!! Thanks in advance
