  1. Well if you ask my son what a 15 min timeout means, he will tell you he is not allowed to leave his room for 15 mins or I ad 5 mins to his time Not difficult to understand.
  2. WTF is the story with the 15min “time out” at the Support Zone in Kestell. The description leaves a lot open to assumptions . "There will be a 15min “time out” at the Support Zone in Kestell. The team’s clock will stop once the 6th rider of the team crosses the first timing mat at the support zone. The team’s time will start again as soon as the first rider of the team crosses the 2nd timing mat." The first rider must leave inside 15mins The first rider is not allowed to leave inside the 15 mins The 2 option leave a lot open and the description does allowed for both.
  3. Results?
  4. Wow, I can't believe the goodie bag, wait we didn't even get an envelope. What is the point of driving somewhere just to pick up your number.

  8. Ok, took 800 out for test Tightened the stap and cleaned and wet before ride, MTB ride so only a couple of opportunities for spikes. It definitely spiked because I don't think I got to 243 bpm Previously didn't have zipper Changed to summer top with zipper, so all the SBR rides had no zipper so that takes that out I was on the spruit and when I went under through the power lines there was no interference Its a Garmin HRM 1G so i don't think it will fit on my polar strap, what does another Garmin cost. D
  9. Following as I have same issue with Polar and just bought Garmin 800 doing the same At SuikerbosNatatureReserve on the downhills I'm getting over 250 bpm I will do the following 2 action I have read 1) Tighten the strap 2) Clean with bottled water before ride, not tap water, also soup leaves a residue I need to make sure is off Dave
