I just want to say to Rouxtjie, i agree it might be frustrating but don't generalise people, i hardly advertise on the hub but bought a lot of items off the hub, frame, bikes,groupsets,accesories, put a time frame on hubbers who want to buy, if the date expire sorry dude you lost out

Hi Hubbers, i am from Ballito(KZN) and i would like to know if there are any groups in the Little Falls(Roodepoort) area that i can join for rides when i'm up in Gauteng, i'm desperately trying to get back into the game but eish it's difficult on my own, i always do the h/potgieter cradle route(only 1 i know) and i sometimes hook up with guys but most part i cycle on my own, my average at the moment is sort of 26-28km/h depending on the route, i'm up on the 20/9 - 29/9, and some months twice/month depending on when my better halve is down in Ballito with me, if there is anybody willing to allow me joining them i would appreciate if you can contact me on danieo@marley.co.za because i'm not on the hub all the time Regards Danie

Hi all, i fly Kulula often(last 4 years-2-3 times a month) and yes they have changed their luggage rules,in the past you were able to buy extra weight on line(worked in 5kg increments) for 50% of what you would pay at the airport but now you are only allowed 1 bag of 20kg, if you got a second bag you can pay on line for a reduced price(normal price R250-about 33% discount),if your bag is overweight you pay at the airport, bike bags you can load it to 20kg doesnt matter what you put in,20kg max but if you check in a bag for yourself plus your bike bag you pay extra,i took my bike to jhb last week and it weighed 21kg(my only bag)and they let it thru,and i agree with a lot of you about overweight passengers, i saw dudes that weigh 120+ compared to the average 70-85kg,which i think is crap if they penalise us for extra 3 or 4 kg,anyway thats the rules

Dammit, that's bad bad news, hope they nail the bugger who's responsible, getting to much, i'm from kzn and use that road sort of every second weekend(from little falls to muldersdrift)the only route i know round there and end up 90% of the time on my own and had a few incedents where taxis use the shoulder to overtake the long que's in that road and almost knocked me over

Look, i agree with it not beeing legal but if you cycle on the M4 between Ballito and Durban it's scary, some places there are no shoulder and ovegrown bushes that force you to ride where the cars travel,they attempted to put up signs to warn motorists but they are so hidden they might just as well remove them, then when you use the R102 that's even more scary and believe me we lost a few cyclists on both roads, myself was knocked down at least 5 times and the authorities are doing nothing about it, we use the N2 occasionally as well, but early in the mornings, i think we all do things elegally, wether it's speeding or after a beer or 2 till you get caught, so each to their own

Why is it that i can get onto the hub page log in and then i am denied access to the for sale pages, i really am battling and it frustrate the daylight out of me

the last 2 weeks i've been batteling to go onto the for sale pages, sometime i can get to the 2nd or 3rd page then i get a security alert, other times i can't even get to the 1st page, i can't send pm's, it seem to be only the for sale section, i need some help, admin or some computer boffin
