I never cramped immediately but I always felt uncomfortable since then. I thought give it chance but will ask them to redo it rather. Do u think diet can play a role? I must admit I have been eating badly and drinking lotsa gas cooldrink.

I never cramped until recently getting slight cramps. I was thinking it could be because of my bad eating habbits lately? I also did the ergo fit setup which I am not enjoying.

I had a sigma rox 8 but it was too complicated so I took the garmin 500. Much more easier to use. Otherwise if you wanna spend little I have a brand new Blackburn Delpi 5 for R600 sealed box including strap.

Ok that makes me think because I am more social. The ea90slx that I have should be great enough. I have a option to swop the ea90slx for the ec70 wheels but then id have to pay a R1000 extra. Is it worth doing a swop and paying the difference?

I think they about 300g heavier but I have to loose about 20kg anyways
