    Not the first time that VR46 and Yamaha have made this mistake . His team were certainly ready for him long before he felt hE was ready .... Another decisive decision by MM .... gonna be hard to beat him now . Looks to me like JL has thrown in the towel ....

    Think the event was great . Nice route and very well marked and marshalled . Wind was nasty , but then we didn't complain when it was blowing from behind and we could give some gas . Food stalls were in abundance , but very slow service , and 50 minutes to exit the venue is not on ... Good idea to have water at the finish !!

    JL lost all confidence in the wet after his crash a couple of years back at Assen when he broke his collarbone .... Just hasn't been good in the wet since then . And I think having another wet race at Assen just freaked him out . He is certainly better than that .... Although ... His result yesterday was way better than his team mate . ( Flame suit and running for cover )

    Brad Binder was the luckiest guy after JM yesterday . Brad certainly had the pace to win/podium , but was SOOOOO lucky not to be highsided . Good thing that Febnati didn't win and Brad could stretch his lead out ( By a whole 1 extra point ) .

    Bonus , I have never met you , but with a reply like that I am really starting to dislike you .... .... Just kidding of course You sure will have a lot more options than us in winter ..... But for now enjoy the summer , and we will try enjoy the winter .... brrrrr!!

    I have a Power Tap HR strap / power monitor linked to a Garmin 800 . I set it to average watts and know that if I am racing , according to my readings , if I ride at or above 220 watts for longer than 2.5 hours I will blow BIG TIME . Now I am aware that the HR strap/ power meter is not as accurate as a hub based or crank based meter , but for me it works because it is only my variables that change IE easy ride , fatigue etc . So I do use it when racing , and have learnt what my limit is . Now to train to improve that limit ......

    I think AI is 100% at fault . We all saw how quick he caught JL ..... He saw it even better than we did . He should have realised he was WAY faster and just waited 4 corners and then bombed JL down the straight ... Unfortunately he is a "Maniac " and lived up to his reputation .....

    LWB , will do . We on a CKT number 34 according to the email from yesterday . We sa social tandem so no specific kit .... will dress according to the weather . Good luck and enjoy .

    What is the legal standing on warranties when buying GREY ..... Surely , as long as it is a legitimate purchase (CRC) , the warranty needs to be covered by the local agent ? Shimano , Campag et al have a world wide brand to uphold , regardless of where you bought the product . Once again presuming it is a legit purchase from an authorized dealer !!

    Maybe they shou;ld have sent Reinhardt instead of Louise . Apparently it is a course suited to a sprinter . Reinhardt and Daryl can cause a surprise if it is a flatish circuit .

    Brad Binder is THE MAN . He has shown in the last 2 races how good his race craft is . He knows exactly where to be in the last couple of laps to ensure he has a chance to win .... and then he wins .....SWEEEEEET !! MotoGP was awesome . Agree with SK27 , lots of IF's and BUT's , but actually a great race . JL and MM showing that they are there to win .... VR46 was looking good until the Yam cried "ENOUGH" 29 and 25 caused their own problems off the start line , but 29 certainly could have run up front . However he may have succumbed to the excitement of being able to win at Mugello , and tossed the Duke into the sand . So I think a good result for him . Well done to Crashlow .... stayed on ...... ( Chop )

    DJR , just to re-iterate . I LOVE my Mavic wheels . I have 1 old set of Cosmic Carbon's , 1 Broken set ( my rant earlier in this forum ) and Cosmic Elite's . I will be contacting Gavin to see if he can resolve the problem of my broken wheel . Will do this once I get home so that I can give him the serial number . I am the eternal optomist , so hope he can help , then I will have 3 sets !!!!
