I ride 4/5 times per week so will achieve the target most weeks . However Discovery seem to be very good at offering GREAT benefits to hook you in , then once they have buy- in they start moving the goalposts . With Vitality you have to book 3 weeks in advance to get the discount at hotels ... rules out spontineity if you ask me ....

Seems like doping is NEVER gonna go away . There was the link here mid last year about the journalist who micro dosed with EPO . Told USADA he was doing it , got tested whilst doping .... ALL test came back NEGATIVE .... He said the performance improvement was immense ... Risk vs Reward !!!!

Just some trivia from 2015 season JL lead 60% of all race laps this year . Love him or hate him ... That deserves a championship . Ya , the end of the season was tainted one way or the other ( Depending on who you support ) but JL certainly stamped his authority on MotoGP in 2015 , and all credit to VR46 for making it count in '15 . 2016 gonna be even better ......Italy vs Spain , HOnda vs Yamaha , Cal vs Tarmac .....

IceCreamMan , I think it suites MotoGP's Fan Base to have Rossi as champion . Conspiracy theories abound . During this past race , out of the top 4 , one Valentino Rossi had the slowest fastest lap . He was the one under pressure , and I think he buckled , starting at the press conference on the Thursday .

Firstly LWB , Rossi was not docked 3 points . MotoGP has a penalty points system in place . Rossi now has 4 penalty points so has to start at the back of the grid . I am a Rossi fan , however he started this whole thing off by having a go at Marques in the press conference . Maybe he should have kept his rant till after he had won the title . Now he has p...ed Marques off , who is certainly faster than Rossi , albeit he has been inconsistent this season . Rossi now has to battle 2 riders who are , in dry conditions , mostly faster than him . Hope he can still pull this rabbit out of the hat , but it is highly unlikly now . He certainly brings more to MotoGP that probarbly all other riders combined , but I feel what he did yesterday was very unsporting , and also quite UnRossi like . Anyway , Roll on Valencia .

I hope it rains , so Rossi can open the gap on Jorge . Would like to see MM win , but he is out of the championship fight so hope he does not take points from 46 .

dirt-rider , This is not soccer ... He has had a plate fitted , and has another 9 days to recover . Unless there are complications , I think he will race . Remeber JL raced 1 day after having his collar bone plated , although I do understand that when that happened , he was still in the hunt to win the title . MM is not in the hunt so actually has no need to race .

I think all in all great news for team DD . I just hope it is not to the detrament of some of our African talent . However , the experience he ( and Eisel/Renshaw) bring with , bodes well for anyone in the team . Hope to see them on S Works for 2016

Marques to date is the best rider MotoGP has ever seen . As of round 4 this year (I could be wrong by 1 race ) he has the highest winning and podium ratio in ALL classes . I am hoping Rossi can pull it off this year , but for sure the 2015 trophy is only on loan from MM for this year . Looking forward to seeing HRC and MM dominate like the legendary Mick Doohan .

You win the championship on your bad days , not your good days . This was Rossi's "Bad day". First race off the podium in '15 . MM crashed in Silverstone whilst trying to run Rossi's pace , and Lorenzo was trying to capitalize yesterday , but bailed .... Rossi looking good for title number 10 .

I am also suitably impressed with the Suzuki . A Espargaro is certainly a class act , and he will just get better and better as the bike improves . Vinalez doing a great job as well . Crutchlow has no excuse now .... he wanted a "Factory" Honda , got his wish , and is still running 7th ish every race . I think the only other option for LCR would have been Jonny Rea , but Honda have lost him now . Dovi is showing that he is a class act and a real fighter ...... just gets on with the job at hand ie RACING ...... roll on Argentina , oh yeah , and MM93 .

I am disappointed to hear this , as I know Joe and also believed his results were from the long , hard hours he spent on the bike ... However , I think if you have to dope in the vets cat , then you are less talented than you think , and have serious EGO issues . I think ban them for life ....

Hi Craig 8252 , Guys leave BP O.Reilly Merry at 4.30am weekdays . The group is about 20 strong and a nice steady pace . Another group leaves BP cnr Atlas and North Rand . This is a far stronger bunch and will average 37 on a hard day , 32/33 on an average day . Maybe try the first slower group first , they will tell you if you should move groups . Hope to meet up with you once you in benoni .

I agree with Joffter , No ways is it the Prepsol . I have also used it for years on both bicycles and MX Bikes . No problem on tubeless wheels .
