  2. There is this file used to determine the expected position of satellites (called EPO or Extended Prediction Orbit). Sometimes this expires and then the watch needs to download it (super slow over these streams). Could be that yours had expired and then you had to wait for a "cold start" lock.   12. You know the FCC ID is precisely the same as the Vector 3–which means the internal electronics are the same as the Vector 3's and that what you're getting are the new battery doors and ther interoperability between the different cleat types.
