covie, what bike do you ride now?

HI Guys, I know this is an older thread,... Would anyone happen to know of any good MTB / trail running areas in KZN that are dog friendly? IE: running off the leash... Cheers

Romin 143 on both MTB and Road seems to work for me. Have had Gobi on MTB, was very comfy Selle Italia Gel SLR on MTB and Road which was ok for anything under 2 hours.

Guys this is an awesome thread... Ive been trying to decide between a new Garmin or Polar for ages now, this easily answers all my questions re. functionality and practicality...

Hi Im hearing varying opinions? Tough climbing on the way out, suited to a road bike, fast back, suited for TT. If it depends on cyclist strength, say for someone who does a 3 hour amashova...
