  1. Thanks for the help re DIY. The problem is that the battery has lasted since 2009 as I only use it on my TT bike. I am worried if I replace the batteries I need to replace the seals as well, as they might be worn and I need to make sure the unit is water proof.

  5. After a hard session you deplete your glycogen and when this is depleted the immune system has to work harder. So straight after a very hard session replenish and put back with some carbs. This will keep your immune system at its strongest.
  6. They still not as fun as a 26er. I would choose my 26er scalpel over my tallboy anyday.
  7. 90% of my strava KOMs are on my 26er. Still the most fun bike to ride.
