Thanks for the help re DIY. The problem is that the battery has lasted since 2009 as I only use it on my TT bike. I am worried if I replace the batteries I need to replace the seals as well, as they might be worn and I need to make sure the unit is water proof.

I know, I actually own 3 powertaps.

After a hard session you deplete your glycogen and when this is depleted the immune system has to work harder. So straight after a very hard session replenish and put back with some carbs. This will keep your immune system at its strongest.

They still not as fun as a 26er. I would choose my 26er scalpel over my tallboy anyday.

90% of my strava KOMs are on my 26er. Still the most fun bike to ride.

I was in the leading break away of 5 from the start and I still dont know where we went wrong. We got so lost we went back to the start and started again. I flew down from JHB for the race and really enjoyed it, reckon I will do it again next year but make sure I ride the first 5km or so before so this mess up doesnt happen again.

its the zipp on your cycling top. It vibrates and causes a disruption.
