  1. I have just always wanted a lefty. The new si can take others forks now like a 120mm. Another thing Cannondale has done is reduce the offset of the rear wheel and there is a new quick way to remove the front wheel. I am no expert thats what the dealer told me
  2. I am super frustrated, can’t make up my mind. Both 2019 models cost R80k. Scalpel has a X01 rear derailleur, the rest is mostly the same spec. Can’t seem to get my head around what to go for.

  6. Sin With Sebastian - Shut up. The song use to play in a club called Midknight's (spelling is correct) when I was at varsity in Potch. Couples would dissapear into cars and dark corners...
  7. YouTube, bunch of instuctionals on there...if that doesn't resolve...use your arm and your leg to save dear Willy.
  8. Don't think I'll get up after a fall like that. Even if a I am alive, I'll be to scared to move.
  9. I was falling very often when I had a 26" alu bike. Changed to a way better bike, 29er, carbon frame...not going to mention any makes here as the point I want to make is that it might be the bike to blame. It was like the falling was dramatically reduced when I started riding my "better" bike. Fact is I almost completely stopped falling. There is definitely a million other factors but in my case the bike made a world of difference.
  10. Spoke to a Dr. up in Louis Trichardt a while back, when I had the flu again. He did some work in the US and UK and told me very same thing. He says in a healthy individual there is nothing you can take (vits & minerals etc.) to prevent an infection. It comes down to your body being able to fight and kill the virus. But...what improves your general health? Vitamins...minerals...exercise?
  11. Anyone getting the flu/cold like symptoms after hammering yourself to the max? Happens to me way too often. What to do to prevent it?
  12. Is there a way to map/create your routes on Google Maps / Earth while you ride? I have done this by hand on Google Maps. There are a bunch of other apps like Runtastic, Endomondo & Runtastic Mountainbike (apps relate to smart phones) that track the route on Google while you ride but how do you get these routes on your Google account to then share / export them without going and mapping them again by hand?

  14. Forgot to add; unless you have some kind of sentimental value and want to keep it for that reason or maybe do the upgrades as a project...
