  9. Hi Guys, - I recently cracked my TT headset by the brake grips. - I used Marcarbi to do the repairs on my bike and its looking awesome. - I would highly recommend them to anyone. I saw a Mongoose frame in there today which was snapped in half which got repaired for R1000.00. These guys do all my repairs for rowing equipment as well. I highly recommend them before you look at buying a whole new frame etc. Cheers

Does anyone know who could make decals for my bike respray? I know cycleart do, but they quite expensive.

  17. Hi Guys, does anyone know how far forward the saddle is aloud for individual time trials, non triathlon events. Is it 5cm behind the centre of the BB? Thanks
  18. Sorted. For some reason where the bike shop thought the deraileur was meant to go was actually an indent to accomodate a triple chainring. The deraileur fitted further up where is is meant to go but needed a bigger bolt. For some reason the frame is abnormally wide, in fact wider then spec.
  19. Howzit Guys, I have a raleigh team frame. The frame is made to take a 34.9mm deraileur front clamp with a 53t chainring. However I would like to put a 55t chainring on as I'm converting the bike into a tt from. The frame gets wider towards the seat post and therefore I cant move the front deraileur up as it doesn't fit. I can however do some mods to get the deraileur to fit by just skimming the inside of the clamp, but my question is would I crack the frame, as its not meant to have a deraileur that high? Thanks
  20. Does anyone know how to access this website? www.cyclingsa.com
  21. @nero123 there was a break just before the potholes. 2 mtn guys, myself, the polar guy (black kit), and some other guy. I got dropped on the hill and was stuck in no mans land until and I gave up trying to catch and let the group catch me. ended up finishing on 2:48
  22. I rode in gl, the guy who got a 2:22 was a machine. Our average was 43 until we hit the hill after the potholes. He was young though with polar kit on. Probably an ex elite. He had a gl number so maybe he is coming back to the racing scene
  23. I had 105.2km on my garmin. some of the other cats in my group had 107km
  24. Thanks very much
  25. Hi, I'm looking for a group that rides in the vale. Just moved here. Looking for both mtb and road riders. Cheers
