  2. Hey Juan, well done. Never knew there was a cycle institute. ^_^
  3. I suppose there is some merit in asking your budget before showing you the bikes. They dont want to waste your time showing you an entry level bike if you want the ultimate R50k+ machine...
  4. I installed Polar ProTrainer 5 software on my new latop running Win 7 without any issues..

  10. Has any one done the math to compare the "discounted" price of online parts + fitment to the LBS price. Normally the LBS do not charge extra for fitment? Does is work out the same?
  11. Not "Sharkie 2" fault... Looks like he got his rugby teams also mixed up....

  14. Parts fitted, bike serviced and delivered. Now that is what I call service! Thanx to the Cycle-Fix team B)
  15. What a joy to deal with the crew from Cycle-Fix Not only where they 50% cheaper than “The largest Cycling Retailer in South Africa” to service the bike and replace the drive chain (parts bought online) they also offered a collection service. This was key for me because I commute between Pretoria and Joburg. William Pienaar is the MTB mechanic and rumor has it that he known’s everything from A to ZZZ about bikes. Then we have Magnus on road bikes. Magnus is also the mechanic for Malcolm Lange’s team Medscheme. Well, I will update this blog on the quality of their service on receipt of the bike tomorrow! In the meantime read all about them on http://www.cycle-fix.co.za/Default.aspx
  16. Absolutely shocking, could someone please confirm this?
  17. Crossmarks on the back and Monorail in front is excellent combination for me. Terrain: Rocky, hard although crossmarks slightly slippery on wet (suppose common for mud terrain)

  24. Never heard of them
  25. Hello Hennie Quite unexpected but great to hear from you. Yes, I will most definitely take you up on the challenge! Bottom line is that we have two choices, import grey products or export grey products... The latter sounds much better but suppose we have to face reality - shipping costs! Any official importers and distributors out there? I would like to hear your comments. Are you going to make it easier for us?
