  1. You can see the new bikes at www.cannondale.com. Only changes to the flash are colour and spec. Road range has a revamp with a new synapse and entry level EVO. As for the new CAAD racing edition: Drool!!!!
  2. Go Greg and Daryl!
  3. Very. Cool to have a sport we share. Especially one that is so demanding on your time.
  4. No it's not woman specific but the top tube angles on Flash 29 ers are woman friendly as is. They are light and stiff and the SAVE seatpost and plush fork help the gals on the longer rides.
  5. We will make an exception for the Cruz! They suffice in any company. I ride a Silverback MTB so can't be to picky. I'm also using it as fine tuning for 94.7. That and the Mookestsi Marathon the week before.
  6. You coming up on the 2nd Nov Cav? Only three hours away...
  7. Thanks Dale! I am a masochist so her kicking my azzz is a good thing!
  8. Unfortunately I already spoiled myself with a CAAD so this is more making up than forward thinking.
  9. Hope to see the both of you on Nov 2nd. Dale or no Dale we all going to hurt on the hills!
  10. Thanks, she is a beauty!
  11. Not yet. Maiden voyage tomorrow. Ya she is going to kick my ass. I did a 2:47 Vula Vula this weekend and she still beat me!
  12. Asking myself the same thing! Money running out though!
  13. Thanks Nick! Now the only one in my family without a Flash is me! She is going to own the Magoebas on that.
  14. These things are catchy. My missus has a new ride:
  15. That interview is a spoof intended to make him look like a cheat. It's fake.
  16. You coming Kosmo?
  17. Route has changed a bit, the 23 km climb is out but the total ascent will be about the same so bring your climbing legs.
  18. Glad you are coming Nick. Your Dale needs a vertical challenge!
  19. I need whatever he is on, Salusa 45 maybe, for the Vula Vula tomorrow.
  20. Event Name: Magoebaskloof Classic When: 2 November 2013 Where: Stanford Lake College, Limpopo Category: MTB It's time to leave behind the Big Smoke and Little Spruit and treat yourself and your mountain bike to what you deserve. 2nd of November means the Magoebaskloof Classic which, while not the most technically demanding of marathons promises very big mountains (read proper climbs!), breathtaking indigenous forest and very fast descents. Hosted for the first time by Stanford Lake College the Magoebaskloof Classic will stay true to its roots with proceeds once again benefitting Rotary. For any enquiries PM me. Hope to see you on the hills! Ray Go to Event Page

Sure felt like it! Most was on my front. Took me three years but worth it for health and cycling!

Well I have no chance of staying with him this year. He has been racing the Spur Anatomic XC series and those youngsters are strong!
