Can you fit a BMX BB + Cranks set to a MTB?

I mostly ride DH but I do do the odd MTB race. Always a good idea to stretch before. Also before I start racing I ride around the parking area in granny gear to keep my legs spinning to wake them up before I start the race. Then from the start I get the bike up to around +-15km/h and try not go slower than that for the hole race.

What about the mine dumps? They pretty steep! Would make awesome sections of DH trails.

Ja taco died as-well and it R500 for a taco or R450 for a Gamut. Craig, It came from CRC.

Cap, I got myself a Gamut P30 today will see how it compares to the e13 which is no longer in one piece.

True and also when you start cranking hard and your gears slip it very sore too!

Yes thats the one Sram PG 970. What shifters and derailers are they using for a 6 speed set up?

I shift gears abit usually staying in the last 3. Running a 38t up front with the sram dh casset at the back forgot the ratio. Thing is with a single speed what's the point when you still have to have a chain device to keep the chain tight?

I can only find XC rear shocks that come in the size my scott needs. I thinks it's time for a frame upgrade. Need to get a job though.

No BOXXER the fork set up perfectly just the rear shock.
