  1. Hi There<?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Just spoke to Arran, he told me about the rumor that he is training in and around the Mosselbay area without wearing his helmet!! Well Arran is in Cape Town at the moment, and I am pretty sure that?s a very long ride from CPT to Mosselbay. I am in the George area and have been training on the R102 road every day, for the last two weeks, and remember seeing three riders, two riders from Chris Willems?s team and another local Mosselbay rider cruising up Grootbrak wearing no helmets just cycling caps. So next time please make sure it?s who it is before you make any assumptions and remarks regarding full time pro riders and dragging their names trough the mud! We normally train in and around Johannesburg and know very well the danger of riding, let alone without a helmet! Think you owe him an apology! Kind Regards Hanco
  2. Hi All! <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I have moved from Pretoria To Ruimsig in the West rand. Riding for Medscheme and it?s a lot easier than driving to JHB 3-4 times per week! I have opened a new shop from where I will now do Bike Setups from. It?s close to 14th ave off just off the N1 highway. Please call me on 082 771 1796 to book an appointment. I am also still an associate of Arran and my details will soon be on the www.cyclefit.co.za website. Kind Regards Hanco
  3. I am riding a Schwinn Peleton Pro this year, very nice all round. Its a straight forward frame, no negative points, its stiff, light but still comfy, its a really good racing bike and will take alot of hammering before it will flex or brake! The groupset, spares and wheels it comes out with is ready for racing, just add some nice pedals and you are ready to go!

Wel, Juan het n great paar laps gery!
