Ya you are right if hospital plan was part then this would not have happend. But not all can afford it, where was the parents when this happend burned hands is not (I think) such a big op that the parents is not allowed in there. If this was my daughter I would've demanded to be with her all the time. Now no money in the world can bring back what was taken from this little girl.
