Sorry, thought you from PE, what's the riding like that side ? Riding is good and at least it is on dirt roads. This time of the year (Citrus Season) all the roads are very busy.....We do have the Zuurberg mountain to train with lots of uphills and downhills. BUT nothing can prepare one for the Baviaans ( Road surface wise) Where do you cycle? Only started 8 months ago, been up and down Baakens vallet but mostly got some road time in and did a couple of fun rides. EP Herald 42, Tsitsikamma 45, Baviaans 45 and Homtini 30.

Good luck to them, I was stil keen last night, bike all ready and lubed, will prob be sorry later that I didn't go. For now couch and hot cup of coffee does the trick.

I was involved with marshaling a few years back when it also rained, it was a bike braker of note. Where do you ride in PE ?

Any ideas on where to ride in Plett & Knysna, I'm in Keerbooms the week-end and looking to do "rustige" 40 -50 Km...
