  1. Hi Scotty It's only hard work when I have to drag my fat bod uphill - and when I am trying to stay with the fast bunch on the track. The rest of the time I can sit back and relax!!

  3. Hi Scotty I am the guy on the recumbent, and it is my wife is on the other one. This was her first race on a recumbent (and also the first long distance ride.) Our ride time was 3:57. Come say Hi the next time we are at Wesbank.

  5. From this table it is easy to see that if you are "big" and "fat", you are going to have to work a lot harder not to finish last!!
