Hi Im planning to ride from Durbanville to Milnerton. Is it safe to cycle on the Old Mamre road to Melkbos or should I ride on the N7. Many thanks

hi there i would like to Ride Solo on Sunday 5 Jan from Tygervalley centre to Milnerton Lagoon. Start abt 6am. Cycling via Philadelphia n Melkbostrand. I would like to know that is it a safe route n also is there a shoulder. many thanks Moe

Would like to cycle from Rondebosch to Philadelphia via Melkbosstrand. What I would like to know is there a route from Melkbos to Philadelphia without cycling on N7 n which is safe. Many thanks
