  1. Love the airbrush touch. Good cause too, I will definitely be entering.
  2. I had similar challenge, I have 4iiii power meter linking to iphone via bluetooth only. Due to bluetooth limitation of 1:1, I went the route of buying 4iiii HRM. The 4iiii HRM is best in market as it acts as a bridge for multiple bluetooth & ant+. So now the 4iiii power meter links to the 4iiii hrm, then the 4iiii HRM links to the iphone sending both sets of data across. This way I get all power and HR for zwift. If I recall it was R1200 by local distributor.
  3. Mike from Cycle events told me it is postponed / rescheduled to April 2020. But you can request your money back now.
  4. Extremely happy with my Retul setup. I did a few weeks investigation on bike setups, and this system is simply the best for someone who isn't full time pro. 1. Made my position on the bike a lot more comfortable. 2. Have managed to squeeze our 9 more watts on FTP. 3. Pointed out my pedalling action and weaknesses that needs attention. (Picked up a very old MX accident that is causing week ankle side movement, that I did not disclose before hand). Made enough adjustments my body could handle on first setup, will be going back in 500km to fine tune setup. All included in the price. My theory is I spend so many hours and money on the bike, I want to be comfortable and maximise power and trying to avoid injuries. Do it, you wont be sorry.
  5. Recently switched to the Token 36 Rims and the Token product Tufo Tubeless Tyres and sealant. They were slightly harder to fit than normal, but the rest has been only good results. I have ridden them from 2 bar to 7 bar, and honestly are beautiful to ride. I did get a very slow puncture (dropped 1 bar per day) due to a small sharp stone going into the tyre. Removed the stone, applied some superglue, and all is good the last 500km. What I like about the tubeless over tube is if I get a puncture in a race, more often than not I could stay in the bunch and finish, without having to stop, and have the bunch drop me.

  7. Watch the ekoi sizing, My ekoi jersey is a "M", and bib a "L". I'm 81kg and 1.72m tall, average build. Now that I look at the sizes, it seems I have a big butt.
  8. Ja, I remember seen your Ciovita kit, and I made a mental note to checkout a set. It looks pretty slick.
  9. Ive got the competition gel . The bib says Gel technology high density. Hope it helps
  10. I rode in the ekoi kit in AL at 100 cycle challenge. My favorite kit I have ever bought, you will never go wrong with a set. The plumbs thank me every time I finish a ride in them
  11. Checkout an already open topic https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/162412-riding-at-suikerbosrand/ it will be extremely useful then. Good luck.
  12. After many months of research and saving I finally bought one. I'm extremely impressed with service, as it was delivered within 2 days to the house. I was super excited to fit and play, but the misses signed for the box and proceeded to wrap it , and its now under the Christmas tree. Oh well, just a few more days until I can finally play, and then I will be .
  13. Thanks DJR, I really appreciate the info, this vintage bike is all about the fun, camaraderie and beers, unlike the carbon Bianchi. The 90 is sounding more my vibe, also I can get a few more beers in.
  14. I have just returned from Italy with this baby in the bag. I am also undecided on distance of my first Eroica, need help on what is the most fun and memorable.
