CCD, do you know good camping sites near Parys? If i am correct the Crater cruz or something is held at berakah?

Howdy people... do any of you know or can you suggest any good (read excellent) camping sites around parys / potch which is not to expensive and has some mountain bike trails. looking to go away for a weekend to meet up with mother nature on my mtb

Currently I am planning to do something like this over a week. Just now sure where it is safe to ride. I don't just want to ride, want to enjoy nature and the bike .. And feel refreshed when I get back at home

Looking to get myself a indoor trainer - which one would you suggest that does not cost to much and will work with a mtb?

convert it into a mtb

what will the best setup be (eg cheapish and worth the money and still provide a good work out) which indoor trainer etc?

i have very limited time during the week to do any training due to work hours. what will the best setup be to do some training at home. buy a cheapish spinning bike, get a indoor trainer for a mtb (if you can) or buy a cheap road bike with a indoor trainer or just do not train (that just do not sound right) please share some ideas with me

for all those people who loves their cakes there is a nice small cupcake shop just off watermeyer street (pretoria/N4) in that shopping complex where the virgin active is. very nice shop and a wide choice of the best cupcakes ... i am not a cake fan but these where just lekker.

i would appreciate it - cause i can not log on to thehub during the day work and at night i so gatvol of n pc that i do not want to log on - therefor my hub skills are going down day by day

do not think it in necessary to name the shop, they are in pretoria east. Bought a few things there already and always had good service with thim, even when they had to order my girlfriends bicycle - the told me he would phone back with price - 30 minutes later he did and he also phoned when the bike arived. but that is the standard i am measuring them to now - i do not buy from pietie who works there ... a buy from the shop, i pay the shop and for that reason i feel the shop needs to give me good service
