  1. They grind measurably faster. Have not used them long enough to comment on wear but supposed to last for 4-5 tons of beans. Subjectively espresso tastes "clearer", definitely blew life back in the ol' Super Jolly.
  2. Out of interest, this is the response I got from LaMarzocco Technical Support when I contacted them a while back which echo the sentiment from the home barista link: Upon probing they did indicate that a transformer could work, but I am still a bit concerned about the change in frequency and legal implications. They also particularly stressed the importance that the machine needs to be earthed.
  3. Did consider that and consulted LM, you need quite a serious one for 1800W and if there is ever electrical fire you in serious trouble even if it was not the cause. Frequency also 60hz.
  4. Thanks Monark, really is a pleasure to use. Honestly it is the most painful item I have to leave behind. Bikes are fortunately coming along [emoji6]
  5. Thanks, it is quite special.
  6. Reluctantly considering the selling of my espresso machine (La Marzocco Linea Mini) and grinder (old Mazzer Super Jolly with ssp burrs installed), immigrating to 110V country. DM me if interested (some pretty nice high end stuff):
  7. Some more cups [emoji477]
  8. If during the week, I would recommend Koldserve. They could literally stock a coffee shop...
