Hi. Experiencing issues with my right SLX 10 speed shifter. The cover rocks and doesn't seem to have contact to turn the gears. I have to use my left hand and hold the underneath to select gears. I tried to have alook with the help of Youtube but that spring is pain in the butt to get back. Mech opened next day and got it working but worked for a few kms. To be honest, he didn't seem to be clued up about this. Whats the best solution.? A replacement is expensive however my riding is compromised now so that would be an option but last resort. Tx

Apart from paid trails, there are some hidden gems out there. If you in Kyalami, take maple drive and into the bush.it goes around river sands with some beautiful scenery. Decent climbing as well. You can also head out to Cedar Road and follow the "beat the brewer" route. Its tough climbing. On this route you can also head out to the home of the chicken pie and ride around lanseria. Enjoy

Ended up seeing a dietitian since my cholesterol levels are very high. About 8. Doctor recommended statins but trying the strict diet route first.really don't want to take that stuff. Eating plenty veg and fruit with controlled protein and lots of water. Haven't cycled much but started first jog this past weekend. No weight loss yet, top early to report. If you running RD then you need a minimum of 20mb for HD audio. I have noticed though that many of the streams nowadays have pcm and play flawlessly . Using Exodus and Arctic Zephyr skin. Works like a charm. The only niggly issue I have is sometimes daily I have to restart kodi. When ever I start a RD stream it starts with that circle rendering but goes away after a sec without the episode starting.it does that in any RD stream. If I try a normal stream it works. Have to restart to work with RD. Reinstalled everything except windows. I suspect a problem with url resolver. Did a 45k ride in the bush after 2 months off the saddle. Struggled for the last 10km. Weighed myself and currently at 80.5. Started eating salads for lunch this week. Difficult to cut down portions but have the fruits to fill in the gaps. Must say I'm impressed that my lities snacks don't get raided anymore it's a tough challenge but determined.
