I'm moving to Wilgeheuwel in Roodepoort soon and need to join a group of riders that cycle in that area week mornings..... Please let me know if there are any groups I can join.

Cycle lab gave me the wrong number but that was fixed on the morning of the race. Didnt get any goodie bag but dont really care......... I was there to ride my bike Loved it!

There's also that little insecurity that most people have when they go for a group ride as a beginner, seeing everyone around you with bulging muscles and extreme bikes... Honestly I think the clubs should bear/bare (spelling?) some responsibility and chat to the new members, show them where to go. After all if you new to the sport how the hell you supposed to know what questions to ask? It's "bear" (Looked it up)

I really don't know. My mom told me so Anyway, about the lady: I should have actually avoided her since the first date when she started complaining about her co-workers as if I already knew who they were. Tolerant as I am I let her vent her sorrows. The problem was when it became a repetitive pattern for the next couple of dates with no other conversation topic. Dirt girl: I suppose you're right. And probably the lady is also saying the same things about me. If its not meant to be its not menat to be....... How about a Singles' Corner on the Hub? Then you can look for your ideal partner.

My GF is a real lady (muddy MTB trails is not her cup of tea)......but she supports me cycling and loves to go along whenever I race.

I don't know if they are still around or what time they start though![/quote'] Yes, It's the group i ride with (Phakisa Cycling club) but they are not riding this Sunday. Look up a Hubber named Melissa - she (he) tried to con me into riding with her (him). Very suspect - Hubber joins today, has 0 posts and picks me to want to ride with her (him). PM'd me too....... ummm....... Got my area wrong when I asked where she (he) was and said Sunward Park. Hey, maybe she (he) wants to tag along?
