Did the Fountains Cycle race last week and struggled to breath in the cold air. My lungs were still burning two days after the race. At race pace sucking in that cold air can’t be good... I'm sure it affects your performance in some way....
I'm unable to cycle out on the road early mornings due to time constraints. So I do a spinning class every night at VA.... Mondays its leg training with spinning Tues to Thurs.... Friday off with Sat & Sun out on the road for +-3hours.
I need some advice...... I've been on antibiotics for the last 10 days and starting to feel better.... <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Obviously I've been off the bike for this time and now it feels like I've lost everything I gained over the last few months..... Any advice on how to get back to the same fitness level quickly?
