  1. Any body doing the road race on Saturday and the MTB on Sunday?
  2. I should think that a little Viagra can assist in this instance.
  3. It is guaranteed, all the above and maybe more will happen to you on Sunday. In order for you to enjoy the race, prepare for the worst and be grateful if it does not happen. We are privileged to be able to be part of the world?s biggest timed cycle race. There are at least four people that will not be able to make it. And you do not want to switch places with them.
  4. One can assume that the robbers observed the cyclists for a while and then do the damage. We are all visible to whoever is watching when we cycle and return home. Let this be a lesson to all of us and get the alarms installed where we keep our cycles.
  5. Now I am confused. Can the ultimate experts please post some photos on the propper dress codes for both road and MTB cycling. I enjoy both and wear pretty much the same outfit regardless. I do however use chamois cr?me on the road and Zam-Buc off-road.
  6. Any new feedback on Bioanabolics????
  7. Thanks for your opinion Guys. I really enjoy mine and think it is the coolest bike around. It is black wirh the brightest, dark red towards the front of the frame.
  8. BUMP.
  9. I dont believe. Now I am confused. I have a std crank and battle with the climbing in the Tzaneen area. Wanted to switch to a compact. How did the std helped?
  10. I have a Monoc TC2 Concept with full Ultegra groupset(9 Speed), carbon fork and FSA carbon handle bar. Please give me your opinion of this bike. Not much info available.
  11. Got this from the net. "One writer in a major magazine article quite a few years ago claimed that after considerable testing with many different riders, 18.5% of the distance from the top of the femur to the floor in bare feet should be the crank length. You can find the top of the femur pretty easily. It's 5" to 6" below your hip bone, and moves rearward when you raise your knee." See also: www.billbostoncycles.com/crank_length.htm
