  1. how many dogma's did/do they have in stock? was it a 'special order' for you or did they juts have one that happened to be in your size or a whole fleet? just trying to get a handle as to how serious they are about pushing fakes.......

  5. I always compare back to the first MTB published weight I ever saw, and that was Ned Oversend's Spez in a 1992 Mountain Bike Action - 25.5 lbs (had one of those heavy Tioga disk wheels on the back) a bit like this one......so thats around 11.5kg! Keep it in the 10's (for a HT) and you've got the right mix of price and durability
  6. did anyone keep score - 4 stage wins with 650b, 4 with 29ers........
  7. can you say " Oh-pen-mold" so glad to see Roel back winning after his doping ban.......

  11. dont get me wrong, *** move on KE's part......just a pity a penalty decides the overall..... I actually think African jersey should be scrapped.......
  12. bad move on KE's part.......but I wouldnt want to inherit the leaders jersey as a result, Fedgroup were beating Scott fair and square, its a pity this incident led to a change in the leaders jersey - hollow victory by scott now....... whats happening with BS's R150k ticket?
  13. I wanna get a Torpado.......

  19. Actually not too much to show at this stage, stoppers courtesy of CWC fire sale......the now obsolete Avid Elixirs......at least they will match should I ever go for a 1x11 set up when I get rich and lazy......
  20. Jens will ride by himself, do each stage twice and still get top 10 masters
  21. ok, lets chat wheels, I have admittedly owned 6 different kinds of Stan's ZTR rims over the years, including ZTR Alpha's currently on my road bike (take that chinese carbon deep sections!) I though it was time for a change, well the budget descided it was time for a change, Crests on Hope would have been an obvious choice but it was time for something different. Ja, Hope hubs are on my road bike..... Keeping with the 'North American' theme, American Classic's budget mid-size wheels would be the order of the day.......fully tubeless out of the box, only problem is the red valves, may need to swap these with someone...... was a little disappointed when I saw they aren't as wide as the 'Race' rims are these days but in fact 1mm wider than ZTR Crests...... Chalky matte finish on the hubs is the only real let down, will try to not touch them too much.....
  22. hour glass 44mm headtube
