IMHO, I reckon you need an FTP of 3.75 to 4 W/kg. And a decent seeding, although if you riding at that FTP then you seeding would naturally be fairly decent, assuming you have done at least 1 race. The rest comes down to luck on the day in terms of weather, wind, crashes etc.

Yep I was riding last year - it sure was brutal!

322 out of 4086 did a sub 3 last year. Or 8% of riders. Not that easy...

Is it just me or you can't spend 1 Diamond? You need a minimum of 2 Diamonds before you are eligible for an award. I have a single Diamond and it expires this week. What a waste!
