Might be because your feet swell up slightly in the hot weather and restrict blood flow. Try loosening your straps slightly when it's hot.

Thanks, it certainly has bitten. Although when I had 20k's to go into the wind I was starting to think otherwise! Entered the DieBurger and I know that will be harder.
