hi guys - so how did it go?

well, i really don't have any legs at the moment so it would be ugly if i tried a 24 now i'm also off overseas on monday, so too much to do (excuses, excuses) have a great race tho

I'll let TitusTi give the advice here, but would like to second what he's saying: ride conservatively, stretch often (I had to stop for a few mins on my last few laps last year which cost me laps) and eat frequently. I also find that it's easier mentally to keep going all day/night if you break it down into small chunks. Do 4 or 6 laps at a time and just concentrate on that. After that, stop briefly and then start the next set. Good luck and enjoy.
