Thats where they contact me, and I come out to your house/office to fit the parts you bought from them. I do the whole Gauteng area. New bikes that gets bought from them, I come assemble them also at your place, do a full setup and offer a first service like any other shop, just better...

No they're not. But they work with local suppliers. Thats why there's warranties on their products.

Shops in S.A is all about pushing to sell stuff. Go to the bigger shops in the U.K and U.S and you'll see the shop focused more on giving the client a good service and build a customer relationship through the workshop... Thats where our shops is failing, and the reason for that is coz all of them know the've got useless mechanics! I dont know of one shop that advertise a mechanic job that qualification is required.

Sweet! But if there is anything that you need and they dont have listed on the site, they'll do their best tp get it for you. And another thing is, they actually want to keep a customer relationship that I think is great, coz no other site really cares who bought stuff from them. They lekke okes there.

He asked me to help him with things, but I told him I can do the things really well, but I'm useless explaining how to do it Ive sent him the link for this post, but I'll talk to him too when I'm picking up his new frame and parts. Road bikes fall under Hard tail prices. Its basically the same work, except bleeding brakes. I usually do overhaul on the pedals/shifters on a road bike to compromise the brake bleeding.
