Apart from playing with my moerse brak, not really. But ja, I think I should consider it because I can't actually ride now which is frustrating.

Went for a 1h45 relaxed on open gravel roads ride on Sunday after 4 months of no cycling and did a 1h30 yesterday on a mix of mild jeeptrack and gravel roads. Last night the muscle above my left ankle (achilles I think?) is sore and a little swollen. Anyone got a idea what this is? I presume being out of the saddle for too long and then overdoeing it...

Bainskloof on a bike? Not so good. I travel that pass a lot and it's narrow and u get a lot of helldrivers in that pass - on the other hand is it one of the most beautifull passes in the Boland.

Die ketting is fine en die indexing is 2 weke terug ingestel by Manic Cycles met 'n nuwe kabel wat ek laat opsit het en alles was 100%. Seker maar die ou girl te hard getrap...

Kan iemand dalk vir my sê hoe dit kan gebeur? Die een oomblik klim en steun ek 'n moerse bult uit en 'n paar oomblikke later gaat ek hom weer af met 'n RD wat in die stof sleep... Wat veroorsaak dat die hanger en RD breek en hoe kan ek dit verhoed, want die goed raak ook nie goedkoper om te vervang nie!
