Hey! Some users are able to drop in their 12-speed on the 11-speed cassette issued with the KICKR/CORE - there will just need to be a barrel adjustment to get it to run smoothly. This would obviously not allow access to all 12 gears - but if you are primarily doing structured ERG workouts - you technically only need 1 gear to work. If you are simulating real-road conditions in an app - there may be some challenges when changing gears - but you would have to test your bike to know for sure. One could also source a SRAM NX 12-speed cassette - the KICKR/CORE is compatible with the Freehub splines on both SRAM and SHIMANO. This may also require some barrel adjustment. Best is to check with a LBS that has a KICKR setup - and take your bike to test.
