  1. Spinnekop FPC ( Tel:012 3620005) stocks 240's DT swiss hubs. They are compattable to disc and v brakes. Tell your rent-a-friend not to even look at American Classics.
  2. Grapkas Daai bult is defnitief te steil vi jou!!
  3. This year, some guys actually went down to Knysna with no entries. The organisers told the to wait until the end of the registration day and the got in. Lot of entries become available in the beginning of 2008. It is my experience that you will get in if you want to. To those who think it is overrated. Go ride it. And finish it. And only then you will find yourself hesitating to say stuff like that. I saw many top cyclists stop and not finish it. It is an ugly yellow t-shirt that you can't even wear under your pajamas, but you want it. You really want it.
  4. The problem with GN races is road closure. It doesnt matter who is the chairman. The traffic dept is the one to blame. A few years ago there were many cops sorting out traffic at races, but now they are all at the doughnut shop counting bribes. The sollution: Get GN to merge with Military Cycling. They have an excellent kermesse venue in w**kershill that can be closed by the MP's wit only a day's notice.
  5. I suggest that you view all postings on how well we race. Slow funriders should be at the back.
  6. Cervelo, ek stem 100% saam.
  8. Cruxpearl, you are dead right. And the policeman did not try to slow Jaja down, he tried to take a photo. But as all policeman are, they suffer with 3-dimentional vision, and he misjudged the speed of the sprint. Jaja broke his jaw and on his comeback never sprinted again, but became the superb climber that made him famous.
