  1. Amer Sports, which owns Mavic and other outdoors brands, has just announced their acquisition of ENVE Composites for $50 million in cash. The official statement (copied after the break) says the deal expands Amer Sports’ operational scale, which seems interesting considering ENVE’s comparatively small manufacturing facility in Ogden, Utah. The statement also claims ENVE’s annual sales to be around $30 million, which is a rare peek into the size of the until-now privately held company. http://www.bikerumor.com/2016/02/22/mavics-parent-company-amer-sports-acquires-enve-composites/
  2. Cervélo Bigla Pro Cycling is proud to partner with ENVE composites for the 2016 season. The deal was announced last year and will see the team ride the Smart ENVE System line of road wheels, in addition to its proven line of bars, stems and seat posts. Click here to view the article
  3. One of the major trends this year at Interbike is Enduro. It's everywhere you look, and for good reason: it's the fastest growing sector of the MTB world. Enduro is basically dead centre between DH and XC, and isn't that just about right? Click here to view the article
