    I'm really hoping that a Hubber can help me on this one. I have a Morewood Zula 27.5 with the X12 rear axle and would really like to have a spare derailleur hanger, otherwise a breakage could ruin a ride/holiday or even result in me having to scrap the frame... Looking around (pretty thoroughly) at all the online derailleur hanger providers has come up with nothing. It seems that the Morewood hanger might just be a custom one-off? If anyone has one / knows where to get one / has Patrick Morewood's contact details, please let me know. I've attached a couple of pics of the hanger. Thanks

    Ive been talking to a lot of the pros racers ex sponsored riders and business guys about Morewood most of them are saying Morewoods pretty much dead. the shop is down and so is they're actual site has been for awhile now. I own 2 of they're bikes, Shova LT and a Kalula, last week some twat rode into me and broke my hanger I cant get one now. Ive tried emails contacting the owner,Nothing. 3 months ago i managed to barely get a hanger for the shova lt. Should i be hanging on to bikes that I cant get spares for or should i sell them or should i be keeping the 2 bikes... I dont want to sit with 2 bikes i cant fix or sell Opinions would help thanks.

    After a bit of time lost in the wilderness, Morewood Bikes is back. The first new model they will be releasing is the Zula LT. The original Zula was a trail capable marathon racer which many riders ended up riding as a local trail bike. The new Zula LT keeps the 27.5" wheel platform but comes with more travel and a greater focus on trail riding. We chatted to Sam Bull at Crank Chaos about the prototype Zula LT.     So the DH bike i bought was meant to be a Small frame, turns out its a medium. im struggling to ride it and it doesn't fit on my bike rack either, not really sure what i should do about this, keep the frame or sell it and get a smaller one

    So I managed to get my hands on this very special one-off Morewood over a year ago. She rides like a dream. Some of her parts: -Manitou Travis DH fork - SRAM 5.0 RD - blackspire cranks - Magura Gustav brakes - Electra Fatti-O 24x3 rear tyre (Combat rim) - Electra The Hotster 26" front tyre And now it's time to give her some blingy TLC. I know lil about bikes, even less about customs, so would love any insights & ideas on ways to sort her out nicely (without breaking the bank)! Some basic ideas: - remove most of the decals - go with some champagne gold and/or anodised red bits def: pedals, grips, rotor maybe: chain, rims, chainring, spokes - find a funkier seat Bit more work: - Currently a 1 x 9. Go SS. What trick bits could I look for here? - Has a Manitou DH fork. But for a more full-on chopper look, where would I look for a more radical fork? Although probably wouldn't fit the frame? (without serious mods). Whatever else you suggest! Looking forward to some

    Just need some advice.. Im looking for a downhill / free ride bike . Just for some fun. I currently Ride a Giant Anthem which is my cx ride, but looking for some big travel to do some jumps / downhill.. Found this Morewood Izimu and wondering what its worth. I have about 10K to play with ... the Izimu has been fully serviced , new tires , new bearings, boxer folks , Manitou rear shock. Any idea approximately what I should pay for her? or should I look for something else ?

    The seed was sown on a particularly bumpy trail ride on my Nukeproof Snap, possibly the stiffest possible ride you will experience bar rigid bikes. It was time, I needed a bike I could throw down a trail without worrying about my poor body being bashed up by the vibrations.     So, it's time to look at a new ride. I'm currently selling my Nukeproof Snap and Argyle fork (if you're keen PM me )and looking for a 140mm+ all mountainy ride. I've found a fork, 160mm Fox Talas, and have all but decided on an NS Soda Air, but thought I would put it to the people for some opinion. My budget is max 17,000 for a frame, has to be 26 and minimum 140mm travel. And go...
