  1. Hey all.. had an idea to build an app to keep track of some of the commonly used bike settings, PSI, suspension clicks etc.. Built RideNote to solve this. Takes 60 seconds to log your setup, 10 seconds to check what worked before.   2. Hi all. I’ve developed an ischial hygroma. There doesn’t seem to be much info on the web, but I’ve heard they’re challenging to treat. I’ve been off the bike for 2 months, and it has definitely reduced in size, but still there. I would really appreciate any feedback on other people’s experiences with return to cycling. I’m worried I’ll be off indefinitely, considering how long it has taken to recover. Any recommended bike fitters based in Joburg also appreciated.
  3. Searched a bit here and google, but can't seem to find an answer. I have been playing around with different pressures to see what works best for me, on the front 1.8 bar feels best, however since dropping from 2 bar a creak has developed on the wheel, like when you squeeze spokes to check tension and they creak. Whats weird is that when I raise the pressure back to 2 bar the creak disappears, drop it to 1.8 bar and its back. Do the spokes need to be tensioned more at lower pressures? Does the pressure in the tyre add to the stiffness of the wheel?
