BigBen - It does seems as though there is an issue with a batch of Firex cranks. My best advice is contact your bike shop, and ask them to get in touch with the local truvativ distributor. Rode my HT (now yours!) and it was great! Will use the S-Works HT this year. Saw this recently :- Not technical except for the usual drop into the "tunnel 2" and one or two other areas where the trail has been effected and deepened by rainy conditions. The new single track sections will be challenging at night due to their winding/twisting nature.It looks like our route this year will be about 16km long with somenew lovely singletrack sections.
