Apparently is amazing, weighs 13kg's.Team riding one keep winning...... and its carbon. Only downside is the guys who sell them in SA (Leewees Cycles) are not the most reliable guys on the block.... also not the most service focused shop I've come across, but they have a great product in the matrix

Both mixed and men's tandems ride them, and they handle the abuse. Only issue might be spares. When Jaco & Nicolene broke a fork at the Berge en Dales there were no spares, but at least the agents made a plan by giving them one off a display unit. But that was a freak occurrence....

bontie Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 I used to ride behind a number of these tandems regularly in club rides. Some strange flexing occurred under load - or my eyes were fooling me as I tried to keep up. Have not heard of a single frame that broke though...There used to be guy on here who was the importer - bonty,does he still bring em in? Pretty light for a tandem, but the cannondales are just sooo reliable and with Omnico backup you cannot go wrong. Or what about that Spez tandem that someone posted on here about 18 months ago, remember the one with the belt drive and integrated everything?

The one from your steel framed dikwiel would look strange. Even in Nigeria or wherever you are.
