I installed a set of Time Titan Carbon ICLIC pedals, put the cleats on my shoes and went for a test ride, the float on the pedals is crazy! I dont mind a bit of sideways movement but yikes my foot svivels a massive amount from left to right, I'd be terrified to sprint with these things. Is it something that I need to get used to? are there other cleats or adjustment options to reduce this float?

I set mine as tight as they can go and there is still mega float.

What did you set tight that screw on the side of the pedal? How exactly do you adjust that? I tried playing with that setting and it didnt seem to make any difference.

I've been riding them for a year now. Have not clipped out yet in a sprint.

But yes....the float is HUGE!

Ok cool, maybe I just need to get used to it.

Their is a small hole at the back of the pedal. As you turn the screw you will see the carbon tension plate getting tighter. Its however only has 3 settings.

Wanted to buy a pair of these and tried a friend's out for a few rides. Did all the tightening I could and the float was still MASSIVE. Couldn't get used to it, so went back to my trusty Shimano 105's!
