Full Editor - Default?

When replying to a topic, the fast reply box gives you all the exact same options as "Full editor" except to add attachments.

 

Is there a way to set up my default settings so that I am using full editor all the time?

 

Why click two more times and wait for it to load when it can be there as a default?
