I eat well, but feel that I need more fibre in my diet as I battle to be regular. I eat muesli in the mornings as well as fruit and veg during the day. My question is it OK to use products such as AIM Herbal Fibreblend to increase the amount of fibre per day? They also have a product called Fit 'n Fiber which gives 12g of fibre per serving. Any thoughts?
