BMC Fourstroke

What is a realistic price for this bicycle? It is a BMC Fourstroke 02. It was bought new. It is a 2008 model. The bike has been looked after and serviced regularly. The bike weighs 12.5kgs. It is a 23 inch bike. The components are:

 

Frame: BMC Fourstroke 02

Groupset: XT (FD,RD,brakes,Shifters,chain)

Crank: Race Face Deus

Fork: Fox F100 RL 100 mm Lockout

Shock: DT Swiss SSD-190L, Lockout

Wheelset: Mavic Crossmax SL (with yellow spoke)

Tires: Maxxis Monorail (Front) and Crossmark (Rear)

 

The bike as is cost R37000 new.

There is one for sale in the classifieds for R12000 and the frame looks like it's very new.

 

You also have the problem that the buyers for that size frame will be very limited.

Depending on the condition of frame and parts look at offers around R15k

You're unlikely to get more than 50% of the cheapest price you can get a new one for from CRC, CWC etc.

Thank you guys. will check on CRC. But I also feel that R20 k was asking a bit much. Would it be better to split? THe medium for sale for R12k hasn't got full XT, MAvic wheels, etc but I take your point. Thanks.
