can i gain fitness on a trojan trainer bike ?

i have just bought a trainer bike to try increase fitness as my workload is to hi to train in mornings ..my tech skills are pretty good but fitness sucks arse !!

 

any help ?

I am in the same boat. I was considering one of those indoor trainers for my bike, but I dont know....

Get a spinning bike. Going uphill all the time is not the best.

I would think that anything that gets your heart rate going will add to fitness. The problem with the Trojan is that it might not work the right muscles the right way, but it will up your cardio fitness...I am sure :thumbup:

Leave those things, the view is always better on your real bike outside!

I am thinking of joining spinning classes at the gym, but like bennie says, the view is better on your bike, hmmmmm come to think of it, there will be better talent to view at the gym
