Hi, Welcome to the hub

I have one and use it for interval sessions, works great.

I got a trojan from Game but its not the best, depending what area you in, try cajees or there is a shop by cyclelab fourways that sells reconed gym stuff, they had some good ones for a decent price.

you want to look for one with a heavy wheel

Do you have a budget? Spinning bikes can cost a fair bit.

I have one of those Trojan ones from Game (a spinner with a solid flywheel), gathering dust. Still in good condition. I find it very boring compared to going out on road / trail.

A cheaper option may also be an indoor trainer that you hook your bike into.

(btw, I'm in P.E if you are considering the spinner)

Hi,

Do you still have the spinner? Which one is it? What's the flywheel weight? I might be interested if you still have it. Price?

Thanks
