What can cause this?Wrong bike setting?Cleet setup?Style? Any other suggestions?CheersDave P.S. Sould you cleet setup toe in slightly, out or track straight? Knee pain at the back of it could indicate that your saddle is bit to high....but yo mentioned your back and calve as well.You could be overextending with that specific leg, due to a leg length descrepancy or your not sitting square on the seat.
